بتاريخ 25 ايار / مايو 2007 ، بشان العدد الكبير من الشكاوى وحقيقية بلادي انني قدمت أدلة مباشرة مع وزارة العدل الامريكية والبيت الابيض والكونغرس عن طريق الولايات المتحدة بيلبراي. بيد ان جدية وحقيقية الوقائع والاضرار المبينه في تقريري الشكاوى التي سببها الولايات المتحدة وقادة الحكومة وكبار المسؤولين لم تعالج في رسالتكم. الوقائع الحقيقية فيما يتعلق بجرائم خطيرة واساءة استعمال السلطة والسرقات الكبرى من مختلف الولايات المتحدة الامريكية والكنديه والحكومة الاسبانيه القادة والمسؤولين والعاملين بصورة صحيحة.

الادله تبين ما يلي : - بتاريخ 6 ديسمبر 2006 في 35:1 صباحا ، وبعد فترة وجيزة كنت قد قدمت الشكوى المذكورة اعلاه من خلال الكونغرس بيلبراي ، السيد فيليب وليامز من اسبانيا ترك رسالة في صندوق بريد صوتي ، وطلب مني العودة الى دعوته. رقم الهاتف انه غادر السيد ويليامز في صوت صندوق البريد هو نفس رقم الهاتف الذي غادر السيد ويليامز في صندوق بريد صوتي في اواخر تشرين الاول / اكتوبر 1994 ورقم الهاتف هو انني استخدمت عدة مرات لغرض التحدث السيد ويليامز في الماضي. دعوت الى الوراء وتحدث السيد وليامز ، وهو صوت الرجل على الطرف الآخر من الهاتف (ان كان السيد فيليب وليامز صوت) ابلغني انه بانفاق الاموال لي وطلب مني ان ارسل له بلادي معلومات عن حساب مصرفي ليتمكن من نقل والائتمان لمبلغ 26 مليون دولار لبلدي حساب في مصرف في الولايات المتحدة الأمريك
بيد انه فور ابلغت الكونغرس بيلبراي مساعدا مارك شيفر ، فيما يتعلق ردا على رسالتي البريد الالكتروني الى السيد ويليامز من عنوان البريد الالكتروني الذي اعطاني السيد ويليامز في 6 كانون الاول / ديسمبر 2006 ، قدم صاحب البلاغ يزعم انه ليس هو نفس الشخص الذي كنت قد تحدثت سابقا. السيد وليامز دعوت مرارا واطلعه على المتاعب مع نظيره البريد الالكتروني ردا على رسالتي البريد الالكتروني. السيد وليامز زالت واضحة اخبرني انه في حاجة الى بلدي معلومات عن حساب مصرفي لتحويل الأموال إلى شخصي. ومع ذلك ، وهذه هي المرة الثالثة التي اجاب السيد ويليامز له عبر الهاتف ، وبدا انه اعتراف صوتي ، وسأل عن اسمي. بالتأكيد بعدما عرف انه لي على الهاتف ، انه كذب وقال لي إن السيد ويليامز كانت في عطلة عيد الميلاد لمدة شهرين.

الادله على الجرائم الدولية خطورة الارهاب والسرقات الكبرى موجودة ومستمرة وسريعه النمو. والدليل على النحو التالي :
لأن حكومة الولايات المتحدة زعماء بانشطة ضد تعالى خالق القوانين الابديه للكواكب ، والارض ، والحياة البشريه الناجمة هاجم الارهابيون امريكا في 11 ايلول 2001.
وزارة العدل في الولايات المتحدة تعلم تماما ان الثلاثة كميات كبيرة من المال المبينه في تقريري شكاوى حقيقية. السيد مارك شيفر ايضا ان نعرف كذلك ، بل لحمايه صورة حكومة الولايات المتحدة وقادتها ومسؤوليها ، يساء فيها استخدام السلطة والحقيقة هي تجاهلها.
أ. البيت الأبيض سرا الادارة استدعاء للشركة سريع ، أدى إلى عدم تبادل المعلومات مع التلكس تحويل اموال اصحاب والمستفيدين من العاملين في الهيءه الدولية لمراقبة نقل برقية الوكالة في كندا واسبانيا. وادى ذلك الى سرقة بلادي 26 مليون دولار.
باء - كميات كبيرة من الولايات المتحدة البدنيه العملة في الفواتير الكبيرة مخزنة في جمهورية بنن ، ودبلوماسيون امريكيون فى السفارة الامريكية كوتونو اما الخوف من المجرمين المحليين او انهم كسالي والصم.

الولايات المتحدة وقادة الحكومة وكبار المسؤولين فالاخوة والاخوات الاكبر سنا تظهر نقصا خطيرا الفطنه واظهار عدم القدرة على التركيز على ان تفعل الاشياء الصحيحه لصالح الشعب الامريكى فضلا عن الجمهور في جميع انحاء العالم. وهي تركز على احزابهم السلطة والمنافع لأنفسهم ، وهذا أدى الى ضرر في شكل خسارة مالية ، والمعاناة والموت على اساس يومى الى الشعب الامريكي والشعوب في جميع انحاء العالم! الادله تظهر بوضوح ان الجنود الاميركيين والعراقيين شخص يموتون يوميا ، وحوالى 18 عاما بعد ريغان العفو المهاجرين غير الشرعيين قد ارتفع الى حوالى 13 مليون دولار ، وهي الآن لا أعرف كيف الصحيح لحل هذه المشاكل.
الرئيس الامريكى جورج ووكر بوش والمدعي العام البرتو غونزاليس لم ترد على رسالتي شكوى مؤرخة 5 ايلول / سبتمبر 2006 ؛ لذا ، عضو الكونغرس الأمريكي برايان بيلبراي تتورط. ثم شخص في وزارة العدل الاميركي مارك شيفر قال ان وزارة العدل الامريكية رد ستأتي في غضون تسعين يوما (من 16 كانون الثاني / يناير 2007) ، ولكن بعد تسعين يوما ، ما زلت لم تتلق اي رد. دعوت ، وكتب مارك شيفر ، في 24 ايار / مايو 2007. على الهاتف ، مارك شيفر قال لي إن الشعب الاميركي في وزارة العدل ، وأخبروه ان بلادي الشكوى لا يتطلب ردا كتابيا لأن لا توجد ادلة كافية لمتابعة القضية ، وسيبقى الملف واذا كان هناك مزيد من الادله ، فانها سوف تعيد فتح الملف. رئيس الولايات المتحدة ، وزارة العدل في الولايات المتحدة لم تستجب للالمكتوب الشكاوى المتعلقة بالجرائم الخطيره ، فذهبت الى بلدي في كونغرس الولايات المتحدة للاتصال. الأمريكى رفض وزارة العدل للرد كتابة على رسالتي شكوى ، واضطررت الى الطلب من اجل الحصول على نسخة من رسالتكم الموجهة الى الكونغرس برايان بيلبراي!
الولايات المتحدة السناتور ديان فينشتين يمثل ايضا ، انا مواطن كاليفورنيا ، وانها تجاهلت تماما بلادي بلادي الشكوى الاصليه وتحديثها الشكوى. متجاهلا ان الجهل يؤدي الى نتائج في جرم من الجرائم. واحاطوا التعديل الخامس لدستور الولايات المتحدة ، ونأمل ان بامكانهم الافلات من العقاب قتل الأبرياء!
حكومة الولايات المتحدة القادة والمسؤولين ، ومساعديهم نعتقد ان جهلهم بلدي شكاوى و / أو عدم الاستجابة لي كتابة سيؤدي الى التخلي عن بلدي وتختفي! لكن انا اضمن لكم وللعالم كله ان لم اكن وانا لن يتنازل ويذهب بعيدا للأسباب التالية :
حكومة الولايات المتحدة وقادتها لا تخلق ولا تملك الاراضي التي اسم الولايات المتحدة الامريكية! صدق الابديه خارق القوة هو الخالق والمالك الوحيد لها ، بينما انا لورثته ، وانا لن نذهب بعيدا وترك المجرمون تدمير بلدي تماما روح الله الآب الممتلكات. والواقع انني بالتأكيد سيبقى حتى لقد انتهى كل المهام التي أوكلت لي. سأقوم استعادة الارض الى خطة ان والدي تسلم الى اخي الاكبر ويسوع المسيح لي. لذا ، فمن الناحية القانونية ، انا مالك وفوق كل شيء ، وأدناه ، فيها. انني احترم جميع القادة الحقوق الممنوحه خلال العقود القانونية بلدي تماما روح الله الآب يسند اليهم ، ان الجمهور يختار لهم الخدمات ، ويجب ان توفر الخدمات المناسبه التي تعود بالفاءده على الشعب. الدلائل تشير الى ان حكومة الولايات المتحدة زعماء سيئة ايذاء الاميركيين والجمهور في جميع انحاء العالم!

وفي الواقع ، في الآونة الاخيرة ، ابدى السيد عز وجل ، الله ، امروني باخذ زمام المبادرة مع نظيره تعالى الابديه خارق القوة ، لإنهاء الإرهاب والسرقه و الاحتيال والفساد القيادة التي تؤدي الى خلق بلدي اثنين من بلوغس بلغات مختلفة وربطها ملكوت السماوات العالم الالهي الحكومة على الانترنت. يمكنك ان ترى هذه بلوغس بزياره الموقع اعلاه ، وبعد وصله الى بلوغس.
لذا فإنني اطلب من جميع زارة العدل في الولايات المتحدة العاملين على تغيير سلوكهم اليومي ، وتحمل مسئوليتهم عن واجباتهم والمسؤولية عن نتائج أعمالهم ، كما يدل اسم وزارة العدل! صدق الله الابديه واقفة على الباب الامامي ، وهو حكم كل وجميع الاشخاص الذين يعملون مع وزارة العدل. وانه مستعد لاصدار المكافآت والعقوبات!
وفيما يتعلق بلدي مختلف الشكاوى الى الرئيس بوش وزارة العدل في الولايات المتحدة وردكم رسالة الى الكونغرس بيلبراي : هذه الاموال ليست شريفة ؛ انها اموال حقيقية! حكومة الولايات المتحدة القادة السلوك التعسفى ادى الى الشعب الكندي اجراء غير المشروعة في التعامل مع الولايات المتحدة 13 مليون دولار والتي ادت الى اضافة مبلغ اخر قدره 13 مليون دولار فوائد على الرئيسية التي انتقلت الى اسبانيا بطريقة غير شرعيه ، ثم الاسبانيه موظفي الحكومة بسرقة 26 مليون دولار التي اعطيت لي من قبل الرب. ولذلك فإن حكومة الولايات المتحدة وقادتها بشكل مباشر وكامل المسؤولية والتبعه عن كامل مبلغ 26 مليون دولار يوميا ، بالاضافة الى معاقبة ارتفاع نسبة الفاءده لأن عملها بجراح خطيرة الجنس البشرى وتسبب في موت الارواح ، والمعاناة ، والخسارة المالية من سبتمبر 2004 وحتى الوقت الذي الصندوق لحساب بلدي حساب مصرفي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية
لذلك ، فان من واجب ومسؤولية الولايات المتحدة لموظفي الحكومة على التعاون مع أبدية الله تعالى من هذه الاموال بسرعة التصديق لي (الله الوكيل القانوني على الارض) ومعاقبة جميع المجرمين المحلية والدولية المعنية لسرقة هذه الاموال.
يرجى الاطلاع ، فكل فرد تنطوي عليها هذه المبالغ الضخمه ، ومسؤولا مسؤولية كاملة عن الاضرار التي تنجم عن الفعل واللافعل ، وهذا يشمل لي الله الوكيل. الله هو العدل ، وليس هناك اي حصانة من العدالة ، ولكن هناك دائما المكافآت والعقوبات وفقا لكل وكل اذهان الناس والاعمال. نتذكر أن الحصانة من الظلم والاجحاف.
ارجو سرعة الاستجابة. كلما كان ذلك افضل للحد من الضرر والموت على الحياة البشريه فيه الارهابيون بضرب امريكا مجددا!

Sent via Federal Express, with Extremely Urgent – Request for Immediate Serious and Sincere Actions to Protect Americans, due to Responsibilities, Liabilities, and Duties of Service as Justice.
Dear Mr. Hertling,
I appreciated receiving the copy of your response letter to the 50th District United States Congressman Brian Bilbray, dated May 25, 2007, regarding the large volume of my complaints and genuine evidence that I filed directly with the U.S. Justice Department, the White House, and through United States Congressman Bilbray. However, the serious and genuine facts and the damage described in my complaints that has been caused by United States government leaders and high-ranking officials are not addressed in your letter. The true facts regarding serious crimes of abuse of power and grand theft of various United States, Canadian, and Spanish government leaders, officials, and workers are not properly addressed.
My sincere services and complaints are not for money. Instead, the large genuine amounts of money will serve as a tool for me to provide serious and sincere services to Almighty God, the Master of the universe and all planets, for the benefit of Americans and the public throughout the world! Therefore, the advice that you wrote in your letter of May 25, 2007 to Congressman Bilbray for me does not apply to me and will not benefit me. Instead, your advice is for the purpose of sending me in a circle without achieving the purpose for which I came into the world as fully God and fully human, to benefit the human race as recorded throughout the Holy Bible, specifically in the Gospel of John and the book of Revelations. Terrorism, abuse of power by government leaders and officials, and grand theft is continually and rapidly growing.
The evidence is shown as follows: On December 6, 2006 at 1:35 A.M., shortly after I had filed the complaint described above through Congressman Bilbray, Mr. Phillip Williams from Spain left a message in my voice mailbox, asking me to return his call. The telephone number that Mr. Williams left in the voice mailbox was the very same telephone number that Mr. Williams left in my voice mailbox in late October 1994, and it is the telephone number that I utilized many times for the purpose of speaking to Mr. Williams in the past. I called back and spoke to Mr. Williams, a male voice on the other end of the telephone (that was Mr. Phillip Williams’ voice) informed me that he was releasing the funds to me, and he asked me to send him my bank account information so that he could transfer and credit the U.S.$26 million to my account with a bank in the U.S.A.
However, immediately after I informed Congressman Bilbray’s assistant, Marc Schaefer, regarding the response to my email to Mr. Williams from the email address that Mr. Williams gave me on December 6, 2006, the author pretended that he was not the same person that I had spoken to previously. I called Mr. Williams again and informed him of the trouble with his email response to my email. Mr. Williams still clearly told me that he needed my bank account information for transferring the funds to me. However, the third time that Mr. Williams answered his phone, he appeared to recognize my voice, and he asked for my name. After he surely knew that it was me on the telephone, he lied and told me that Mr. Williams was on Christmas vacation for two months.

The evidence of serious international crimes of terrorism and grand theft exist and will continually and rapidly grow. Proof is as follows:
1. Because United States government leaders’ conducted activities against the Almighty Eternal Creator’s laws of the planets, the earth, and human life caused terrorists attacked America on September 11, 2001.
2. The United States Justice Department absolutely knows that the three huge amounts of money described in my complaints is genuine. Mr. Marc Schaefer may also know as well, but to protect the image of the United States government and its leaders and officials, power is abused and the truth is ignored.
a. The White House Secret Administration Subpoenas to SWIFT Corporation, led to failure to share information with telex transfer funds’ owners and beneficiaries by the workers of the International Telex Transfer Monitoring agency in Canada and Spain. This led to the stealing of my U.S.$26 million.
b. Huge amounts of the United States physical currency in large bills is stored in the Republic of Benin, and the U.S. diplomats at the U.S. Embassy Cotonou either fear local criminals or they are lazy and deaf.
c. Through the United Kingdom of Britain’s financial institutions, the United Kingdom of Britain’s government agency sells drug clearance and money laundering certificates and anti-terrorist certificates as shown through the fact that the telex transfer of funds did not originate in the United Kingdom of Britain.
d. The United Kingdom of Britain’s financial institutions also have provided international online transfers of large amounts of money without possessing anti-terrorist certificates and drug clearance and money laundering certificates.
United States government leaders and high-ranking officials as older brothers and sisters show serious lack of discernment and demonstrate the inability to focus on and do the right things to benefit the American people as well as the public throughout the world. They focus on their parties’ power and benefits for themselves, and this has led to harm in the form of financial loss, suffering, and death on a daily basis to the American public and people throughout the world! Evidence clearly shows that American troops and the Iraqis people die daily, and for approximately 18 years after the Reagan amnesty, the illegal immigrants have grown to about 13 million, and now they do not know how to correctly solve these troubles.
President George Walker Bush and Attorney General Alberto Gonzales did not respond to my complaint dated September 5, 2006; therefore, United States Congressman Brian Bilbray got involved. Then someone at the U.S. Justice Department told Marc Schaefer that the U.S. Justice Department’s response would come within ninety days (from January 16, 2007), but after ninety days, I still did not receive a response. I called and wrote to Marc Schaefer, May 24, 2007. On the telephone, Marc Schaefer told me that the people at the U.S. Justice Department had told him, that that my complaint does not require a response in writing because there is not enough evidence to pursue the case, and they will keep the file and if there is more evidence, they will reopen the file. The United States President and the United States Justice Department did not respond to my written complaints regarding serious crimes, so I went to my United States Congressman for a liaison. The U.S. Justice Department refused to respond in writing to my complaint, and I had to demand it in order to get a copy of your letter to Congressman Brian Bilbray!
United States Senator Dianne Feinstein also represents me, a California citizen, and she fully ignored my original complaint and my updated complaint. Ignoring leads to ignorance that results in guilt of crimes. They took the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution and hope they can get away with murdering innocents!
The United States government leaders, officials, and their assistants believe that their ignorance to my complaints and/or failure to respond to me in writing will result in my giving up and going away! However, I guarantee you and the whole world that I did not and I will not give up and go away for the following reasons:
The United States government and its leaders did not create and do not own the land that has the name of The United States of America! The Almighty Eternal supernatural power is the Creator and sole owner of it, while I am His heir, and I will not go away and let criminals destroy my fully God Spirit Father’s properties. Indeed, I surely will remain until I have finished all of the assignments that He has assigned to me. I will restore the earth to its blueprint that my Father handed to my elder brother Messiah Jesus and me. Therefore, legally, I am an owner of it and everything above, below, and on it. I respect all government leaders’ rights given through the legal contract that my fully God Spirit Father assigns to them, that the public elects them for services, and they must provide proper services that benefit people. Evidence shows that the United States government leaders are badly hurting Americans and the public throughout the world!
This means that, as heir to the sole Owner of the universe, planets, and the earth, I am not just a religious person, and while I am visible on the earth, it is my responsibility to help government leaders, and the public (and that includes terrorists) to understand the earth’s sole Owner’s identities, His laws, and His purposes for creating the earth and humans on earth, relationships between the Almighty and man, and how the destructive Devil’s power of murder and hatred dwells in human souls and works through human minds and actions.
Indeed, recently, the Almighty Eternal Master, God, ordered me to take the lead with His almighty eternal supernatural power, to END TERRORISM, THEFT, SCAMS and CORRUPT LEADERSHIP that has lead to my creating of two blogs in various languages and linking them to the Kingdom of Heaven World Divine Government’s website. Therefore, I request all United States Justice Department workers to change their daily conduct, and take on their responsibility for their duties and the liability for the results of their actions, as the name Justice Department indicates! The Almighty Eternal God is standing at the front door, and He is judging each and all people who work with the Department of Justice. He has and is ready to issue rewards and punishments!
Specifically with regard to my various complaints to President Bush and the United States Justice Department and to your response letter to Congressman Bilbray: These funds are not scams; they are genuine monies! The United States government leaders’ abusive conduct has led to Canadian people conducting illegal actions in the handling of the U.S.$13 million and that led to adding another U.S.$13 million dollars in interest to the principal they illegally passed to Spain, and then the Spanish government employees stole the U.S.$26 million that was given to me by God. Therefore, the United States government and its leaders are directly and fully responsible and liable for the full amount of U.S.$26 million, plus daily punishment of a high interest percentage because their action badly wounded the human race and caused death to human lives, suffering, and financial loss from September 2004 and until the time that the fund is credited to my account with a bank in the U.S.A.
Therefore, it is the duty and responsibility of the United States government employees to cooperate with the Almighty Eternal God by quickly crediting these funds to me (God’s legal agent on earth) and by punishing all domestic and international criminals involved for stealing these funds.
Please be informed, each and everyone involved with these huge amounts are fully responsible and liable for damages that result from their action and inaction, and that includes me, God’s agent. God is justice, and there is absolutely no immunity from justice, but there are always rewards and punishments according to each and all people’s minds and actions. Remember that immunity is unfair and injustice.
